A love for poker and a kick from challenges is what drove Kelvin 'Acesup' Beattie to set a $2K to $40K challenge in October of 2014.
What begun as a slow start with multi-tabling $1-$33 tourneys soon become a high stakes MTT battle as Acesup wasted little time building a bankroll.
Acesup takes you inside the life of a grinder for 2 months as he's recorded most of his sessions and provides regular updates of his progress throughout the challenge.
What makes this so special is 95% of the recordings are live so you get to hear the thought process of a pro in real-time and sweat the action.
- The highlight was probably beating the difficult $109 rebuy tournament on Pokerstars, but there were many highlights, bluffs, great plays, and even some goofy ones! But it's all 100% real and comes at you live and in the heat of battle!

Originally a live cash game player, turned online cash player, turned MTT pro, Acesup has been mixing it up on the poker tables for many years.
He's also been a teacher, factory worker, security guard at a night club, shop clerk, in the armed forces, and even a tour guide! Poker will always be a passion that runs deep with Acesup and he'll always turn to poker when he's looking for some fun, or to earn some cash.
He divides his time these days between poker, his family, web design and exploring the world and in particular getting into adventures in Japan, where he's been living for a number of years now.
